TOKEN2049 Singapore: World’s Largest Web3 Event with 20,000 Attendees
TOKEN2049, known as the world’s largest crypto event, is gearing up for its highly anticipated return to Singapore in 2024. The event will be held at Marina Bay Sands from 18-19 September, just before the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix race weekend.
With an expected attendance of 20,000 people from over 150 countries, TOKEN2049 aims to bring together industry leaders and global icons to discuss the future of Web3 technologies. Following the success of the 2023 event, this year’s TOKEN2049 will feature over 500 side events taking place throughout Singapore from 16-22 September.
The event promises a unique festival experience, with activities spanning four floors of the conference venue. Attendees can look forward to interactive VR zones, AI art experiences, rock climbing, padel, cage football, and mixed martial arts. TOKEN2049 aims to blend entertainment and education, creating an environment where participants can learn and have fun.
One of the highlights of this year’s event is the debut of TOKEN2049’s startup competition, showcasing the next generation of Web3 projects. Hundreds of applicants will compete for a chance to pitch their innovations on a global stage.
Alex Fiskum, Co-Founder of TOKEN2049, expressed excitement about the upcoming event, stating that they are reimagining the conference experience to create a spectacle like no other. With ticket and exhibition demand already breaking records, TOKEN2049 Singapore is expected to be the most significant Web3 event in the world.
Confirmed speakers for the event include industry leaders such as Richard Teng, CEO of Binance; Anatoly Yakovenko, Founder of Solana; Balaji Srinivasan, Founder of The Network State; whistleblower Edward Snowden; Arthur Hayes, CIO of Maelstrom; and Emad Mostaque, Founder of Schelling AI. More speakers will be announced in the coming months.
