TRON DAO recently announced the qualifiers and winners of HackaTRON Season 7, a hackathon that brought together global innovators and showcased talent within the TRON ecosystem. The event, sponsored by Google Cloud as a Diamond Sponsor, attracted over 1,300 participants who developed cutting-edge blockchain projects across five specialized tracks: Web3, DeFi, Artistry, Builder, and Integration.
In the Web3 track, projects advancing the transition from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0 were recognized, with TronSocket by BeycanPress taking the first place. The DeFi track honored projects transforming finance through decentralization, with TRX Links by Tron Builders emerging as the winner. The Artistry track spotlighted creative projects in GameFi, NFTs, digital assets, and metaverse ventures, with Tronscore by TMMS leading the category. The Integration track encouraged participants to integrate advanced protocols into the TRON ecosystem, with SCAN.MEME by Coconut Chicken winning the first place. Lastly, the Builder track acknowledged teams that enhanced or updated working applications, with JustMoney Explorer by JustMoney clinching the top spot.
In addition to judge-selected qualifiers, winners were chosen by the TRON community forum. Projects like Tronnect by Uchenna, LuckyDapp by LuckyDappTeam, TronStory by TronStory, JustMoney Explorer by JustMoney, and RentHub BTFS by Schrodingers were among the community-selected winners.
The heart of HackaTRON’s success lies in its dedicated ‘Top 10 Community Contributors,’ who received rewards for their active participation. As the season concludes, TRON DAO is already preparing for HackaTRON Season 8, promising more opportunities for developers and creators to innovate in the blockchain space.
